Parking Enforcement Policy

Each of our property is privately owned and requires a permit to be purchased in order to park in any areas on our property, including parking lots, both covered or uncovered, streets, sidewalks and common areas. It is forbidden to park on sidewalks and common areas, even if you have permit, it does not give you right to violate other people’s rights, and park on sidewalk or common areas. Vehicles that are parked on sidewalks or common areas even with permimts, are subject to being towed or booted, without further noticed

We have a zero tolerance towing policy, if your vehicle is parked over the free time limit of 3 hours for Villas Del Moral and over 30 MINUTE limit on Casitos de Palo Santo 2, or if your vehicle is parked OVERNIGHT, you definitely need to purchase the parking permit. Towing drivers can come during anytime, day or night. For towed vehicles in Tucson, to locate your vehicle, contact Tucson Police Dept 520 791 4440.
In addition to the towing of vehicles, barnicles are used. If your vehicle received a barnacle, you would not be able to drive until the Security Company removes the barnacle. You would need to contact the Security Company on the barnacle, and pay them the fine.
In addition to Barnacles, Wheel restraints are used. If your vehicle is booted, you will need to contact the company phone number, written on the restraint device, or there must be a phone number left on the ticket on your windshield, contact them for the amount necessary in order to remove the device.
